About MS Mastery

Stephen Glaus is the Founder & President of MS Mastery. In August of 2018, Stephen was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis (MS) – a progressive autoimmune disorder in which the immune system is attacks the myelin sheath (protective coating) around the neurons that are found within the brain and spinal cord.
Early on his disease-journey, Stephen was unable to walk, was losing his vision, and found himself losing control of his bowel and bladder movements. Thanks to unwavering spirit of resilience and a commitment to faith, fitness, and nutrition – Stephen was able to discover the brain’s incredible superpower: neuroplasticity. With enough time, commitment, and consistency, the brain has the ability to develop new neurological pathways so that lost functions can be relearned and restored.
In trusting this innate capability, Stephen was able to relearn how to walk pushed himself to limits unthinkable. Since being diagnosed, Stephen has completed 3 full distance IRONMAN triathlons, is a personal trainer, and group fitness instructor and trainer. Purposed to help others achieve the same level of breakthrough, Stephen founded MS Mastery. By utilizing the same life-changing strategies that has helped him navigate and thrive with MS, anyone can overcome the obstacles getting in the way of their best version of themselves. MS Mastery will take you there!
